Gave my blanket in 2 months ago. Should have been finished in 3 weeks. Not one follow up call on progress. Went in and it was not done yet. Not one apology. Bad attitude and throwing fellow staff members under the bus for poor service. Appaling experience. Will never support again!
I love this place. ..always willing to help me with leather tools ..only wish they stocked a wider variety of leather accessories.
Helpful and friendly staff, great tack mending and blanket cleaning services at reasonable costs, usually have stock of what we need.
