No return on an unwanted xmas gift. Items not worn and returned as provided. Initially wanted to swap but after refusing to accept the ear rings I demanded my money back. That process took close to an hour and was only completed after complaining with center management. Poor show. Over 3k spent! North Gate

The service ladies are very unhelpful and rude. I searched and found all my purchases by myself while they we chatting and laughing as if they were at a restaurant. After the purchase the cashier just raffled through the terms and conditions without properly explaining them.
