Car booked in, parts were not ordered and delivered, turned out to be 2 day's work (with many stories from staff at Strand branch). And 3 different stories, with no apologies, until prompted. Disappointed.
They very accommodating and keep you updated on your vehicle. Staff are very polite and do a proper job. I love that they wash your car when the job is done. Thank you so much Autoworks Salt River!!
Amazing customer service and communication. Even though my car was troublesome and not an easy fix they always kept me up to date by phoning me and letting me know the latest info and expected completions. Never had to phone them once, a truly customer centered experience that is well refined.
