Bad service, no communication, always unavailable
If there were 0 stars that's what I would have rated....they were handling an eviction matter for me for over 5 months without sending me any communication of the same being done, when I asked for email correspondence because the matter was not my residence (but an investment property) I received blank emails sent just for the sake of management....they were never helpful with the eviction advice...do not recommend, do not use, really disappointing Lister & Co.
Lister, specifically Garry Bell, was the executor for my Mothers estate. For 18+ months he has been (allegedly) working on the closure of the estate. Despite correspondence and direct discussions with Garry that the estate was in process, the matter is taking far longer than I believe it should and nobody seems to have any understanding or care as to why. Just trying to track this matter is virtually impossible - I would not recommend Lister & Co., nor Garry, to anybody for anything.
