It doesn’t seem like they know what they are doing ,what usually takes 3 months took 8 months , to date I haven’t received my statement of account and refund , very frustrating team to work with , it’s like you are begging them to work with you yet you are paying them . Unprofessional given than they are a bank referral.
Bert Smith has made my first time buying property horrible. Emails are never responded to, I’ve had a few encounters where attorneys like Lynne were very rude when I’d ask for clarity on getting my registration documents.
Best transfer attorney in the southern hemisphere. Honesty and very efficient and fast property transfers. Always kept me informed and updated.
