Great service from Donovan under very trying conditions. They can’t sell you a vehicle if the factory can’t keep up. Donovan however provided weekly updates on the progress of my new vehicle so hats off to him.
It started with bringing my car for inspections and thanks to Precious for the prompt response and the report from the technician who attended the vehicle, was spot on. Parts had to be purchased and thanks Navin for the excellent service rendered.
Spare/service department does not return your calls. The service is not good, I have been waiting for more than a month for a wheel spanner and jack set for a Hilux bakkie?
