Excellent service! I contacted Bosch Alrode as I had an issue with the clutch on my VW Amarok, a flat bed truck collected my vehicle from my house the next day. Bridgette provided constant communication with me throughout the repair. Highly recommend.
Sent my car for a bad vibration, it took them a months just to find a problem. After paying a fortune for them to fix something that wasn't even the problem I got my car back in the same condition 2 weeks after it was promise back to me. Disgusting customer service too.
The service was poor. I had to wait for 35 minutes for some wipers to be fitted. I waited for long to be attended, for the quote, for a mechanic to install the wipers, and finally to pay
