Bad service from their accounts people. Been trying for a few weeks to find out what we owe them. Always some excuse and they actually sigh over the phone now when they hear us calling yet again for the same enquiry. . . . . very bad for their reputation.
Excellent service from the staff. Called on Saturday to ask if they do have gas and the answer was NO, but the lady informed me that they will receive gas on Sunday and she took number. …
