Used this Dischem for many years and then left for Dischem Greystone Crossing because of poor service by pharmacists. As Dischem Waterfall is more convenient I tried them again after 6 years today and again experienced useless service by pharmacist. Back to Dischem Greystone Crossing and excellent service!
Pathetic telephone experience. I called like 6 times to get transferred to various people. Why have phone prompts when you cannot service your customers.
