I needed some treatment for a blocked ear and it seemed that a lot of ENT specialists are away on holiday in the mid year. Dr Eve Samson was not away and I managed to get an appointment with her, albeit with a few days of waiting. On the day of the appointment, I had to wait for about 20 minutes past my scheduled time before I was seen. However, Dr Samson was very professional and efficient in diagnosing and treating my condition. She explained everything thoroughly and I left feeling much better. Overall, I had a positive experience with Dr Samson.
