Most pathetic service ever went there friday to take my xbox in that was only five months old said i must come back to get a replacement monday they dnt supplier them anymore , went back today ( monday ) waiting to hours for a response. Now im told that i muat collect the xbox nd send it away myself.
I've got a very poor client service, as I bought items only and the were delivered to a wrong person till today from the 10th Jan 2023 I haven't got any of my items and no one is picking up the phone. The items were coming from queenstown …
