I was a walk in today at High Street Health with my 20 month old who had fallen and cut under his eye and nose. We waited for an hour in the waiting room and eventually I asked when we could possibly be seen only to be told I was the second person to ask that question. Eventually they called us into the doctors office and cut us short while giving them their explanation just to leave us sitting still waiting for the results. After 3 hours of frustration I finally left with my child and went elsewhere. Although the medical center seems to have ample staff, there seems to be a complete lack of or miscommunication, from front desk, nurses and doctors. Nothing was done efficiently and I left with no answers just more frustration.
