Their sound needs to be improved... And the lady at reception (Judy) is just amazing. She has an infectious smile that captivates you as soon as you walk in and is ready and willing to assist with anything in a heart beat
It's a good centre for qualitative research. The centre caters for clients as well. They are friendly staff, who comes in an out to ensure the client is well taken care off. They offer rooms to conduct qualitative research and ensure that participants are taken to the correct room etc.
If you're a big company and need a company to host your market research group.. Then this is definitely the place to be.. Been here twice now and their services are amazing.. Definitely worth the 5 star rating
