It is the second or third time I have been here. Show room downstairs is almost empty, reluctant sales staff. Bad smells at the parts department down stairs. I won't be going to this dealership again
Different model of not keeping stock and expecting customers to order on line does sit well with me.
Front desk and new vehicles are super friendly and helpful. However, go up to the pre-owned section and there’s no assistance at all. The interior of the cars were filthy as well. I’ll take my money to a place where I am taken seriously thanks???????? …

I was very disappointed with my experience at Jaguar Menlyn. The initial impression and atmosphere were not pleasant at all. The showroom downstairs was almost empty and the staff seemed reluctant to assist me. Additionally, there were bad smells at the parts department downstairs. Overall, I will not be going to this dealership again.
The lack of stock at this dealership is concerning. Instead of keeping inventory on hand, they expect customers to order online. This approach does not sit well with me and I prefer to go to a dealership that has a variety of vehicles available for test drives.
