very poor service. spoke to a lady called cindy. was told they busy with "big quotes"' and "'big clients''.clearly they dont value each and every customer.takes atleast 3 weeks at times to get a quote from this company.

how do you stay in business, quote requests gets ignored, receptionist is so rude..... when asked to speak to the manager you get put through to someone else,,, that cant even give you a proper email adress

I had a terrible experience with Shenka Industries. The service was very poor and it took them weeks to provide a quote. The counter service was also terrible as it took me 45 minutes to be helped. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
