Absolutely disappointing!!!!! Made an appointment twice in advance and they keep cancelling on us on the same day. On the first cancelation, Jenelle said she had to cancel because they had a last minute event. When I discussed the issue with them, they offered no alternative solution or support. I gave them a second chance and they cancelled again. I don't understand how a business can operate like this. It's incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of customers' time.
