They do no effort to send you an invoice. I got one call that I had an account to pay. I gave them my email address to send the invoice to but never received it. (The medical aid was supposed to pay so I wanted to resubmit it.) They handed it over to a legal company who only sent scam-looking SMSs and also never called.

The customer service at Vermaak is terrible. I called multiple times to inquire about my test results and each time I was met with rudeness and impatience. They need to improve their communication skills.
